HITBOT EFG-20P | Eletric gripper
The Hitbot Z-EFG-20P is a 2-finger parallel electric gripper designed for industrial applications that require higher gripping force, stability and operational reliability. While maintaining a compact form factor, the model delivers excellent performance in continuous automated processes.
The gripper features a adjustable 20 mm total stroke, adjustable gripping force from 30 to 80 N and a recommended payload capacity of up to 0.8 kg. Its reinforced structure provides greater stability when handling metallic components and industrial parts.
With ±0.02 mm repeatability and precise control of position, speed and gripping force, the Z-EFG-20P is ideal for machine tending, industrial assembly, material handling and pick-and-place applications involving heavier parts.
The model includes an integrated controller, Modbus RTU (RS-485) and digital I/O communication, as well as intelligent features such as object drop detection and precise operating parameter adjustment. Its compact design allows easy integration with industrial robots and cobots.
